Last weekend 'Article 15' was released and the film was a huge hit like any other film of Ayushmann Khurrana. Like his previous roles this time also Ayushmann digs into a sociological behavior of our country. But only goes deeper this time. Viewers casted mixed reactions - some are happy and appreciated the story and art but some felt offended for some obvious reasons. But from a critical perspective this film is a five star rated. Trade analyst Girish Johar said,

"Carrying his vision forward Ayushmann again treads a different & difficult path...and yet again comfortably."

Hansal Mehta liked Article 15 so much that he watched it twice and called the movie 'atmospheric, riveting and very well acted'. He said,

"Article 15 is very well written. Director Anubhav Sinha and writer Gaurav Solanki make a great team."
